Thermal Protective Aid - Survitec Group

Helping to reduce the risk of hypothermia in an emergency, the Survitec Thermal Protective Aid (TPA) can be used to provide insulation to persons in a liferaft as required by Chapter 3 SOLAS 1974/96. Ordinarily supplied in liferaft emergency packs, it can also be used on land in wilderness emergencies to reduce a person's exposure to the elements. The Thermal Protective Aid is ideal as an emergency hypothermia bag, or as an extra emergency cover to go over your sleeping bag. Suitable for situations where life is threatened by loss of body heat.
